Section 1

Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Section 2

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the tk19 platform, completing the registration process, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the tk19 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and tk19 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, understandings, negotiations, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein, whether written or oral.

If you are accessing the tk19 platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the full legal authority to bind that third party to these Terms. In all other cases, these Terms apply solely to the individual account holder.

Section 3

Eligibility & Age Requirement

The tk19 platform is strictly intended for adults. To register an account and use any service offered by tk19, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are aged 21 years or older. tk19 enforces a minimum age of 21 for all users without exception. 21+
• You are a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, partnership, or any other non-individual legal entity.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online betting and gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are acting on your own behalf and for your own personal use, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close associate of tk19 or any of its affiliated companies, technology partners, or game providers.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by tk19 for any reason related to fraudulent activity, multiple account creation, or breach of these Terms.

tk19 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by tk19 may result in temporary or permanent account restriction. Any winnings accrued during a period in which a User was found to be below the minimum age threshold will be void and forfeited.

Section 4

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of tk19 services, you must create a single registered account. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your information promptly if any detail changes.

One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active tk19 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. tk19 actively monitors for duplicate accounts and will suspend all associated accounts upon detection, with any outstanding balance subject to review.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. tk19 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

KYC Verification: tk19 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. Required documents may include a government-issued national identity card, passport, or other acceptable proof of identity and residence. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions until verification is successfully completed.

Account Closure: You may request closure of your tk19 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements and any pending wagering obligations on active bets.

Section 5

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the tk19 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tk19 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported methods are subject to change; the current list is always displayed at the point of deposit or withdrawal within your account.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. tk19 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. You are responsible for any third-party fees associated with your chosen payment method.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the tk19 platform, which vary by payment method. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval; bank-based withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. All withdrawals are subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification.

Source of Funds: You confirm that all funds deposited into your tk19 account are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used. tk19 does not accept deposits from third-party payment methods. If a deposit is found to originate from a payment method not registered in your name, tk19 reserves the right to reverse the deposit and suspend the account pending investigation.

Responsible Spending: tk19 strongly encourages all users to set personal deposit limits within their account settings. Deposit limit tools are available to every account holder at no cost and can be adjusted at any time, subject to cooling-off periods where a limit reduction is requested. Limit increases may be subject to a mandatory waiting period to protect player wellbeing.

Section 6

Betting Rules

The following general rules govern all bets placed through the tk19 sportsbook. Sport-specific rules for cricket (including BPL and T20 World Cup markets), football, kabaddi, and other covered sports are published separately within the relevant sections of the tk19 platform and form part of these Terms by incorporation.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not valid until it has been accepted and confirmed by the tk19 system. A bet slip reference number will be issued upon successful acceptance. tk19 reserves the right to refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has begun where live markets are not offered.
• Odds Changes: Odds displayed on the platform are indicative until a bet is confirmed. tk19 uses live pricing engines, and odds may change between the time you select a market and the time your bet is processed. You will be notified of any odds change before confirming a bet.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void if the relevant event is abandoned, postponed beyond 48 hours of the scheduled start time, or if a market is suspended due to irregular pricing or a data feed error. Void bets are returned to your account balance in full.
• Maximum Winnings: tk19 applies maximum single-bet and accumulator winning limits, which are published within the sportsbook section of the platform. Winnings exceeding the stated limit will be capped at the published maximum.
• Multi Bet Accumulators: When building a multi-bet selection, all individual legs must be independent events. tk19 reserves the right to void any accumulator leg that is found to have a correlated outcome with another leg within the same bet slip.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play markets are subject to automatic suspension during key match events (wickets, goals, timeouts). Bets placed during a suspension period may be voided at tk19's discretion.

Section 7

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, tk19 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, and other incentive schemes to registered users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, which will be communicated at the point of offer. The following general rules apply to all tk19 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible users only. Eligibility criteria are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Standard wagering requirements require bonus funds to be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) on qualifying markets before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• Bets placed using bonus funds that are subsequently voided, cashed out early, or placed on excluded markets will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• tk19 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time, including in cases where it suspects abuse or misuse of a promotional offer.
• Only one bonus per promotion type may be claimed per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Bonus funds expire if the associated wagering requirement is not met within the time limit stated in the promotion's specific terms.

Section 8

Responsible Gaming

tk19 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all users. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If it ever stops feeling that way, tk19 provides a suite of tools to help you manage your activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly within your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for individual betting sessions. You will be notified when your session limit is approaching and logged out automatically when it is reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from betting by activating a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, your account will remain accessible for account management only — no bets or deposits can be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a full self-exclusion of a minimum of 6 months up to a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period. During self-exclusion, tk19 will make reasonable efforts to prevent you from accessing your account and to exclude you from receiving marketing communications.
• Reality Checks: Enable regular on-screen reminders showing the time elapsed in your current session and your net wagering outcome.

Section 9

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tk19 platform. Engaging in any of the below actions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable:

• Creating or using more than one registered account on the tk19 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without their express authorisation.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the tk19 platform, including for the purposes of placing bets, exploiting odds discrepancies, or circumventing account controls.
• Colluding with other users, employees of tk19, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage on any market or casino game.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the tk19 platform. Any winnings accrued as a result of a technical error are void and must be returned.
• Attempting to launder money or use the tk19 platform in connection with any other criminal activity.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the source code or underlying infrastructure of the tk19 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tk19 staff or other users through any communication channel.

Section 10

Intellectual Property

All content on the tk19 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall platform design — is the property of tk19 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

tk19 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activities, subject to full compliance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to resell or commercially exploit any platform content, to collect and use product listings, descriptions, or prices for any commercial purpose, or to make any derivative use of the platform or its content.

The tk19 brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of tk19. You may not use these marks in connection with any product or service that is not affiliated with tk19, or in any manner likely to cause confusion or to disparage tk19.

Section 11

Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to tk19. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data is governed by the tk19 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the tk19 platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the data practices described therein.

In summary, tk19 collects personal data to operate your account, verify your identity, process payments, provide customer support, deliver personalised content, and comply with applicable anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations. tk19 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data is shared only with trusted service providers who assist in operating the platform, and only under strict confidentiality obligations.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by tk19, subject to applicable legal and regulatory obligations that may require tk19 to retain certain records for a specified period. Please contact [email protected] to exercise any of these rights.

Section 12

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk19 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings from any bet or wager.
• Loss of data or account information due to system failure, cyberattack, or circumstances beyond tk19's reasonable control.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or force majeure events.
• Errors in odds, market data, or game results arising from third-party data provider feeds.
• Decisions to void, suspend, or cancel markets in accordance with these Terms.

tk19's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your tk19 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes tk19's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Section 13

Account Suspension & Termination

tk19 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years.
• Discovery of multiple accounts held by the same individual.
• Where required by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

In cases of account suspension pending investigation, tk19 will endeavour to resolve the matter and communicate an outcome to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe. Where a suspension results in permanent termination and no fraudulent activity is found to have occurred, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method.

Section 14

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to any aspect of your tk19 account, a bet settlement, a payment transaction, or any other matter covered by these Terms, you should follow the process below:

1. Contact Support First: Submit your complaint to the tk19 customer support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Please provide your account username, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant transaction or bet reference numbers. Support is available 24/7 in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
2. Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 5 business days of submission, you may request escalation to the tk19 management team by clearly stating this in your follow-up communication.
3. Final Review: tk19's management team will conduct a final review and communicate a decision within 10 business days of receiving the escalated complaint. The decision issued at this stage represents tk19's final position on the matter.

These Terms are governed by the principles of fair dealing and good faith. tk19 is committed to resolving all legitimate complaints promptly and equitably.

Section 15

Amendments to These Terms

tk19 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, tk19 will notify registered users by posting the updated Terms on the platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to the email address or phone number registered to your account.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the tk19 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.

tk19 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. The most current version of these Terms is always available at tk19.io/terms-conditions.
